Why We Built This

We got tired of jumping between different news sites, blogs, and social media feeds just to stay on top of what's happening in the Finnish startup scene. There wasn't a single place where you could catch everything that mattered. So we decided to build it.

Startup Suomi brings together news from major Finnish media outlets, tech blogs, and industry sources into one clean feed. No more missing important announcements because they were buried in your Twitter timeline or published on a site you don't regularly check.

Who We Are

Startup Suomi was created by Roope Ripatti, Kadosa "Koda" Varga, and Niklas Hamberg as a school project. What started as a solution to our own frustration turned into something we think the whole Finnish startup community can benefit from.

We're building this for founders, investors, journalists, and anyone who wants to keep their finger on the pulse of Finnish startups without the hassle.
